The Commercial Real Estate Committee of the U.S. Green Building Council - Detroit Regional Chapter is pleased to announce a presentation July 9th entitled, Commercial Energy Codes a National & Michigan Perspective, by Tim Mrozowski, AIA LEED AP. This discussion will focus on the changing landscape of commercial energy codes both nationally and in Michigan and the role energy codes play in commercial development. Discussion of the IECC 2012 and some of its significant differences from the current Michigan Commercial Energy Code based on ASHRAE 90.1 will be addressed.
