As many of you know, the adoption of the IBC 2012 by the State of Michigan, and incorporation into the 2012 MBC was completed in 2014. The current 2012 MBC is anticipated to be in enforcement for at least the next 2 years at the state level. AIA Southwest Michigan is inviting Huron Valley members and guest to join their presentation with an expert from ICC to highlight items you may not know have changed.
