Engineering Workshops
for the Building Systems
Exam!
Getting ready to tackle the Building Systems Exam? Been a while since you've studied mechanical and electrical systems? No worries! These seminars and workshops will have you thinking like an engineer in no time... Part One: The Seminars
Our multiple choice content seminar series will review the evaluation, selection, & integration of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in building design and construction.
Presented by experienced professional engineers, the seminar will be an effective part of a candidate’s preparation for this challenging division of the ARE.
Part Two: The Graphic Vignette Workshop
- Hands-on Software Experience
- Practice Examples
- Vignette Discussion
- Peer Review
This graphic vignette workshop, led by a peer instructor, will allow attendees to become familiar with the software in preparation for the Exam.
Through hands-on practice and a discussion about strategies, attendees will learn tips to help utilize their testing time most effectively.
Don't forget to come prepared for the workshop - bring a laptop loaded in advance with the Graphic Vignette practice software from the NCARB website.
